Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Open School
Online courses in patient safety, quality improvement, and leadership (soon to be added:  patient and family centered care, teamwork and communication, operations management).  To be free for students, residents, and teaching faculty: designate “Teacher/Professor”, “Intern or Resident” or “Student” when registering on IHI website.
