Diagnostic Radiology - Applicants
How To Apply
The Grand Rapids Medical Education Partners/Michigan State University Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program is a five-year program offering three PGY-1 positions each year. Our program accepts applications through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). This service is provided to medical students during their senior year by their medical school. We begin accepting applications on September 1 each year and our deadline for completed applications is December 1.
To find out more about ERAS you can contact the ERAS Website at http://www.aamc.org/eras/.
Application Requirements:
- Three letters of recommendation, preferably at least one from a radiologist
- Personal statement
- Medical school transcript
- Dean's letter
Interview days begin at 8am and end after an informal lunch with the radiology residents. Applicants are typically able to catch afternoon flights or commute well before the rush hour.
Our program received 4 years accreditation on December 13, 2011 from the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)
